CHAPTER 12
(713 B.C.)
A PSALM OF PRAISE; MILLENNIAL WORSHIP
1And in that day you shall say, O LORD, I will praise You: though You were angry with me, Your anger is turned away, and You comfort me. (Israel is saying that even though the Lord had been angry with her because of her Crucifixion of Christ, nevertheless, Your anger is turned away.)
2Behold, God is my Salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; He also is become my Salvation. (A part of this is from the Song of Moses [Ex. 15:2]. As Moses sang this song on the shores of the Red Sea after Israels great Deliverance, Israel, likewise, will once again sing this great song and call it my song. From what looked like certain annihilation at the hands of the Antichrist, she has been delivered, and the Antichrist, like Pharaoh, has been destroyed.)
3Therefore with joy shall you draw water out of the wells of Salvation. (The wells of salvation speak of a constant, flowing, never-ending source not a cistern for unfailing assurance, consolation, hope, and victory.)
4And in that day shall you say, Praise the LORD, call upon His Name, declare His Doings among the people, make mention that His Name is exalted. (Four things are listed here that Israel will then do, and which Believers should do now: 1. Praise the Lord constantly; 2. Call upon His Name constantly; 3. Declare His doings among the people constantly; and, 4. Make mention that His Name is exalted constantly.)
5Sing unto the LORD; for He has done excellent things: this is known in all the Earth. (In the coming Kingdom Age, Christ will be the theme in all the Earth.)
6Cry out and shout, you inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of you. (This refers to a constant Campmeeting, when Christ finally reigns upon this Earth.)
