CHAPTER 67

THE WRITER IS UNKNOWN: LET ALL THE PEOPLE PRAISE YOU

1God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause His Face to shine upon us; Selah. (The shining of Gods Face upon us is one of the most beautiful Passages found in the Bible. It signifies the Blessings of God upon the person or the people in question.)

2That Your Way may be known upon Earth, Your saving health among all nations. (The Prophetic Doctrine that the Salvation of the world depends upon the Restoration of Israel [Rom., Chpt. 11] is repeated in the last two Verses, as it is affirmed in these first two Verses. This repetition emphasizes its importance.)

3Let the people praise You, O God; let all the people praise You (as prosperity covers the entirety of the Earth, and in every capacity, and we speak of the Kingdom Age, all the people will then definitely praise the Lord).

4O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for You shall judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon Earth. Selah. (Many nations of the world presently are in deep poverty. All of that will change when Jesus rules and reigns Personally from Jerusalem.)

5Let the people praise You, O God; let all the people praise You. (This is a repetition of Verse 3, given by the Holy Spirit in a double manner that all may know the significance that God places on His people praising Him.

At this time, only a very small number of people throughout the Earth praise the Lord. In fact, only a small number in the Church praise the Lord. In the Millennial Kingdom, the entirety of the Earth [all people] shall praise You.)

6Then shall the Earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us. (A most remarkable revelation is given to us in this Passage. Much of the world presently is plagued by drought, famine, and starvation.

With Israel in her proper place, and the kingdoms of this world praising the Lord, then will the Earth yield her increase, and there will be abundance for all!)

7God shall bless us; and all the ends of the Earth shall fear Him. (To use an old Pentecostal phrase, Its Blessing Time!)
