CHAPTER 133

THE AUTHOR IS DAVID: THE JOY OF BROTHERHOOD AND HARMONY

1Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! (There are two types of unity: the man-made variety, and that which can only be given by God, which will always have the Cross as its Foundation.)

2It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aarons beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;

3As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life forevermore. (Faith can sing in days of sorrow, All will be well. Most probably this Psalm was sung by Hezekiah and the people of Jerusalem in their day of disunion and distress.

The unity predicted in this Prophecy will be the creation of the Holy Spirit, and yet cannot be effected until the Coming of the Lord.

A lack of unity is because of a lack of fidelity to the Bible. Fidelity to the Bible commands the Blessing of the Lord.)
